I took this photograph in Hortobagy Reserve, Hungary from inside a hide. Shooting from a wildlife hide (also called a wildlife blind) is a great way to get close to wildlife. Using your own portable hide gives you flexibility, too, allowing you to set up camp wherever you think you might be able to spot animals. Being inside a hide will make you invisible to the wildlife and that will make them wander around without fear and might get close to your lens!
