Smoking Wagtail .. I took this photograph in the early morning in winter 2018 , because of the cold weather, water in the sewers is warmer! so steam was coming up from the manhole cover! mosquitos were pushing up because of the steam! So it was an easy meal for this white wagtail waiting and anticipating for the mosquitos
